Our Background

Tyler Arcaro moved to Paris after college and encountered the bureaucratic landscape of expatriate life. After facing rejections due to fragmented guidance, unclear requirements, and improperly executed notarizations while pursuing dual citizenship, he became a notary public and expanded into apostille services to support clients through significant life events and international legal matters.
